30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items should be:

• Unused or lightly handled
• Returned with original packaging where possible

CHANGE OF MIND
We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If something arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will organise an appropriate solution, which may include:

REFUNDS
Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
EXCHANGES
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. The easiest option is to place a new order once your return has been approved.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. While we’ll always try to help where possible, Pure Shine Store cannot guarantee responsibility for courier delays, incorrect addresses, or issues outside our control.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
